An orientation meeting was organized with the participation of the department secretary, faculty members and research assistants for the students who started the undergraduate program of the Department of Sociology in the 2022-2023 academic year. During the event, which took place in the department laboratory, students were informed about university and faculty opportunities, scholarships, life in Çanakkale and the functioning of the department. Students' expectations and impressions of the first few weeks were listened to. Then the orientation continued with a library tour. The librarians gave information to the students about the use of resources and databases, borrowing and study areas in the library.
